5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation notification via email or SMS. MyHospitalBooking.com acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee appointment availability, which is subject to the healthcare provider's schedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as determined by the individual healthcare provider.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the original appointment time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
6. Payment Terms
MyHospitalBooking.com charges zero booking fees for appointment scheduling. Consultation fees, diagnostic charges, and other healthcare service fees are set by the respective healthcare providers.
All payments made through our Platform are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets.
Prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and may vary. The final fee is determined by the healthcare provider at the time of consultation. MyHospitalBooking.com is not responsible for any discrepancy between displayed and actual fees.
7. Intellectual Property
