1. Eligibility
Only qualified, registered medical practitioners with valid MCI/NMC registration may register.
2. Registration Requirements
Doctors must provide accurate qualifications, a valid registration number, and identity proof during registration and maintain these records as current.
3. Profile Accuracy
Doctors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information.
4. Consultation Standards
Doctors must maintain professional conduct, provide timely responses where applicable, and deliver consultations in accordance with applicable clinical and ethical standards.
5. Fees and Payments
The commission structure is to be defined. Applicable payout schedules, fees, and payment terms will be communicated through the platform or a separate agreement.
6. Patient Privacy
Doctors must protect patient information and comply with applicable HIPAA/DPDP compliance obligations and other privacy requirements relevant to their practice.
7. Prescription Standards
Only qualified doctors may issue prescriptions. Any prescription must be clinically appropriate and issued in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
8. Telemedicine Guidelines
Doctors offering remote consultations must comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 and any subsequent applicable requirements.
9. Reviews and Ratings
Doctors may not solicit fake reviews or otherwise manipulate ratings, feedback, or platform reputation systems.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or remove a doctor from the platform for inaccurate information, regulatory concerns, patient safety issues, breach of these terms, or other reasonable grounds.
11. Dispute Resolution
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Further dispute resolution procedures may be communicated separately where required.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
